Phil Lyman, CTO/Founder:   Mr. Lyman, the company founder, has over 25 years of experience in technology development, technical management, and entrepreneurial business.  He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.  Mr. Lyman brings experience in project management, technical team leadership, and customer team collaboration from having led sales and development efforts for large fixed-price spacecraft systems while previously working for Ball Aerospace.  Mr. Lyman has extensive experience with energy storage subsystems using large format lithium-ion batteries.
